The Encampment scholarship fund known as CEAP (Cadet Encampment Assistance Program) is CLOSING on MAY 1st. Click on the link to open the GoCivilAirPatrol.com page where you can find all the information needed to apply for scholarship funding.
Please share this information/email with your parents or guardians as they will need to be involved in the application process and your eServices account/log-in must be active. If you are not familiar with or have not yet used eServices, please ask your Squadron leadership for assistance. If you are coming to CAWG Encampment (24 Jun – 02 July), you need to get your on-line CEAP application submitted in the next couple of weeks. The scholarship funding closes at the beginning of may.
ATTENTION ALL POTENTIAL CADRE!
You may also apply for CEAP funding following the same process and guidelines as indicated above. While first-time attendees have a higher priority, some funding is available for cadre as well. You should also talk with your Squadron leadership about local scholarships, service projects or other means of supplemental funding that they may know of in your local community. You can also reach out to the Cadet Character and Leadership Foundation for possible scholarship support.
ATTENTION PARENTS OF CADETS!
Full details on the CAWG Encampment registration process will be released in mid-May when the registration opens. However, if your cadet is approved for CEAP or CCLF scholarship funding, they will be notified via email…SAVE THAT CONFIRMATION EMAIL! While the Encampment will be notified directly of your approved scholarship, you may need your confirmation email when you are ready to register for Encampment. The CAWG Encampment will issue you a special code to use during your on-line registration. If you register prior to receiving a CEAP confirmation, you will be required to pay online and will receive a refund when/if your CEAP scholarship is approved.
If you have any additional questions regarding the application of CEAP scholarships, Encampment fees or registration that cannot be answered by your Squadron leadership, you will be able to ask them once the registration process opens in mid-May.
DO NOT DELAY…APPLY FOR A CEAP SCHOLARSHIP AS SOON AS YOU CAN!
